When we send over your contract, you will be asked to provide the name of the school you are attending, as well as the financial aid or bursar’s office’s mailing address (this may be different from their physical address) phone number and email, and your student ID number.
Once we receive that information from you, we will work with your school to make sure that they get your money in on time. Please also be aware of any outside scholarship payment deadlines for your school and notify us as early as possible about approaching deadlines. Again, it can take up to 4 weeks for a check to arrive at a school after we’ve received your signed contract with your school information. With that timeline in mind, you can check your student portal or contact your school’s bursar or cashier’s office after 4 weeks to see if your check has been received and the funds have been applied to your student account.
